Business Cards

Business Cards are the easiest way to provide information about your company to potential customers.  Business cards hold the most vital information that someone would need to know about your company and how to get in touch with you.  Business cards have come a long way since simple cards were printed on a thick piece of paper and printed with only black ink.

A business card can be crucial to the success of your business whether you know it or not.  When someone receives your card, they make an immediate judgment about your business.  Most of the time, it is subconscious, but the judgment is critical.  There are literally hundreds of things that people conclude about your business card in the first second they receive your card.  Is your card printed on cheap paper or did you choose to use a high end card stock? Is your card full color or is it primarily black and white?  Is your card one sided or two?

At DSG Designs, we know what looks good, but we also know what works to convert customers.  A potential customer for a construction company might react to a business card differently than a potential customer looking to buy a car.

Have you ever seen a bowl at a restaurant or store that says drop your business card in for some special prize?  Have you ever noticed how 90% of those cards are white and don’t stand out?  I am sure you have seen the few random cards in the bowl that immediately stand out to you.  Now think about a potential customer holding 10 business cards in their hands.  Are they more apt to pick the 9 cards that are white or do they go for the unique one?  You decide.
